This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to assess technical requirements and business objectives
Design and recommend tailored technical solutions
Lead or support implementation, integration, and deployment efforts
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization support
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate client feedback
Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops
Develop documentation, reports, and solution proposals
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, and infrastructure
Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client-facing and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in consulting, professional services, or solution engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
